Liora Mervis

Liora Mervis is a dedicated Physiotherapist who earned her Doctor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne, building upon a multidisciplinary foundation in Science and Commerce from Monash University. She is also a certified Clinical Pilates Instructor through the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI).

In her dual role as a clinician and instructor, Liora seamlessly integrates evidence-based rehabilitation with movement-based exercise. Her holistic approach empowers patients to build strength, refine posture, and enhance functional mobility. Beyond traditional rehabilitation, she serves as a Longevity Coach, helping individuals implement sustainable habits that safeguard their long-term health.

Liora’s clinical expertise spans post-operative recovery, paediatrics, and longevity-focused physiotherapy. She is particularly passionate about Clinical Pilates, utilising tailored, goal-driven movement programs to restore vitality and physical resilience.

By combining a hands-on approach with patient education and exercise, Liora fosters independence in care. She is committed to empowering her patients to move with confidence, expand their physical capacity, and take an active, informed role in their own recovery journey.

When she isn’t in the clinic, Liora is likely training for her next marathon or enjoying Melbourne’s vibrant food and coffee scene with friends.
