Annabelle Williams

Annabelle graduated from La Trobe University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, where she developed a foundation in exercise prescription and musculoskeletal health. Throughout her studies, she gained valuable practical experience working with football clubs and physiotherapy clinics, complementing her completion of a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance in 2024.

Annabelle continued her professional development by completing a Diploma of Remedial Massage at RMIT University in June 2026. During her training, she gained extensive hands-on clinical experience through the RMIT Massage & Myotherapy Student Clinic and MS Plus in Footscray, where she treated a range of clients presenting with varying musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. These experiences strengthened her understanding of individual client needs and the importance of tailoring treatment plans to support outcomes.

Annabelle is about to begin further studying for an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy at RMIT University. This will expand her skill set in her ability to assess and treat.

Annabelle’s main areas of interest include treatment of neck and shoulder pain related to desk-based work.

Annabelle takes a hands-on approach to assessment and  treatment of clients as this helps analyse how and where the client’s pain is producing. Treatment can include a mix of massage or cupping skills to provide relief.

Annabelle enjoys helping people within the community to help reduce their pain so they have the ability to complete daily living tasks.

Outside of the clinic, Annabelle enjoys exercising through Reformer Pilates or the gym and spending quality time with friends and family. She loves being a Remedial Massage Therapist as she feels it is very rewarding seeing clients progress, helping them lead to positive outcomes.
